How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for creative design of all of our point-of sales materials within our CEE region.

Key Responsibilities include:

Creation of ‘Big Ideas’ (concept, types of prizes) for brand activations
Creative design (key visuals, communication) of all point-of-sale material (displays, pallets, shelf visibility etc)
Adaptation of above creatives to technical files (supplied by trade marketing) to be sent to printers
Design of internal materials (ex. presentations for conferences etc)
Cross-department cooperation with Marketing & Trade Marketing & POS Expert

What experience you’ll bring

Background from creative industry as well as from in-house agency
Min. 3 years of related experience
Technical know-how of design programs
Hight aesthetic sense and attention to quality of prepared projects
Creativity
Resilience in managing different departments with different requests
Good interpersonal skills to navigate different needs and requests between departments
Result/Task oriented personality
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Positive, energetic attitude
Conceptual thinking
Good organization and time management skills

Very good English both in writing and speaking
